Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all rentals, chauffeur services, gift experiences, and bookings made through Dream Affair Exotic Rentals LLC ("Dream Affair," "we," "us").

Rental Eligibility

Renters must be 25 years of age or older, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, have a clean driving record, and have no DUI or DWI convictions within the past five years. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit hold, and full coverage personal auto insurance (or approved supplemental coverage) must be active at the time of rental.

Reservations

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Dream Affair. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion, including for failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Pricing & Payment

All rates are listed in USD and exclude Texas state sales tax (8.25%). Multi-day and package pricing is outlined at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to or at the time of vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is authorized (not charged) to the renter's credit card at the time of rental. This is a hold, not a charge, and is released within 48 hours of the vehicle being returned in acceptable condition, less any applicable charges for damage, mileage overage, or other violations of these Terms.

Mileage

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance as specified for the vehicle at time of booking. Additional miles are billed at the posted per-mile overage rate.

Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period. The renter's insurance is the primary coverage for any incident. Dream Affair may pursue additional costs beyond the security deposit for damage, loss, or violations incurred during the rental.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reservation Payment

A reservation is not confirmed until the required booking payment has been received. All booking deposits and reservation retainers are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed. The booking deposit is separate from any security deposit required for the rental.

Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before pickup: any amount paid beyond the non-refundable booking deposit may be refunded to the original payment method.
• 24–72 hours before pickup: payments are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be transferred one time as rental credit toward a future reservation, subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: the reservation is fully non-refundable and not eligible for rental credit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: the full rental amount is forfeited, with no refund or credit issued.

Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours' notice. The rescheduled rental must occur within 90 days of the original reservation, subject to availability. Any price increase must be paid by the renter; promotional or discounted pricing is not guaranteed to carry over. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of pickup may be treated as a cancellation at Dream Affair's discretion.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed pickup or delivery time. A significantly late renter who has not communicated with Dream Affair may be considered a no-show, and the vehicle may be released to another customer without refund or credit.

Early Returns

No refunds or credits are issued for vehicles returned before the scheduled end of the rental period.

Insurance & Rental Eligibility

The renter is responsible for meeting all driver, age, identification, insurance, payment, and security deposit requirements. Failure to provide required documentation, coverage, payment, or deposit by the scheduled rental time may be treated as a renter cancellation and does not automatically entitle the renter to a refund. Dream Affair may allow rescheduling if the issue can reasonably be corrected, at its discretion.

Weather, Travel & Personal Circumstances

Weather, flight delays, travel disruptions, illness, or other circumstances outside Dream Affair's control do not automatically qualify a reservation for a refund. Dream Affair may offer a reschedule or credit for extraordinary circumstances at its discretion.

Vehicle Unavailability

If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, damage, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Dream Affair may offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle, a different date, rental credit, or a refund. No cancellation penalty applies when Dream Affair cannot fulfill the reservation.

Vehicle Substitution

Dream Affair may offer a comparable substitute vehicle when reasonably necessary. The renter is not required to accept a materially different substitute; if no reasonable replacement is available, the renter may choose another date, rental credit, or a refund.

Special Events, Holidays & High-Demand Dates

Reservations tied to holidays, major events, promotional pricing, or high-demand periods may be marked FINAL SALE at booking. Final Sale reservations are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at Dream Affair's discretion.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are separate from reservation payments and governed by the rental agreement. Cancellation does not entitle Dream Affair to retain a refundable security deposit unless another amount is legitimately owed under the rental agreement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timelines are outside Dream Affair's control and may vary.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By confirming a reservation, the renter agrees to this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override the renter's contractual obligations. Dream Affair reserves the right to provide the rental agreement, confirmation, payment records, communications, and this policy to financial institutions or payment processors when responding to a dispute.

Policy Acceptance

Payment toward a reservation constitutes acceptance of this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and the applicable Dream Affair rental terms. Dream Affair reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant, without establishing an obligation to offer the same exception in future reservations.

Delivery

White-glove delivery is available throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex as specified on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may be adjusted based on availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Chauffeur Services

Chauffeur bookings require a minimum advance booking window as posted, valid ID for all passengers as required, and are subject to the pricing and terms listed on the Chauffeur page at time of booking.

Content Creation & Production Rentals

Hourly and multi-day production rentals are subject to the terms, location-change allowances, and exclusions listed on the Content Creation page. Photographer/crew access, permits, additional fuel, and damage beyond normal wear are not included and remain the renter's or production's responsibility.

Gift Experiences

Gift experiences are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase (or as otherwise arranged), are fully transferable, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused gift experiences expire after this period and are not eligible for refund or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Referral Program

Referral discounts apply upon a successful completed booking by the referred party and are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Affair Exotic Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our vehicles or services, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
